The first president of Yakutia, Mikhail Nikolaev, visited the Kangalassi Industrial Park.

On Wednesday, August 28, Mikhail Nikolaev, the first president of Yakutia, state adviser to the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia), visited the Kangalassi Industrial Park, where he met with residents of the territory of priority development.

The first in the program of the visit was the year-round greenhouse complex Sayuri in Tulagino. The staff acquainted Mikhail Efimovich with the technologies used by the work of the vegetable-growing enterprise, and also demonstrated the assortment of cultivated products. Fresh vegetables are supplied by preschool educational institutions and are available for sale in Yakutsk stores. In the immediate plans of the complex is the construction of the third block of greenhouses with an area of ​​2 hectares.⠀⠀

The next item was a jewelry and lapidary cluster located in the village of Kangalassi, where it is planned to create a full-cycle production site for the production of jewelry. Representatives of the Sabiem company conducted a familiarization tour of the building and demonstrated the workshop where diamonds are cut.

According to the CEO of Sabiem, Michil Prokopiev, the company plans to increase diamond purchases by $ 20 million by 2025. He also noted that to process such a volume of diamonds, 250-300 specialists are needed, who are planned to be attracted from among the graduates of NEFU and the Yakutsk College of Technology.

Further, Mikhail Nikolaev visited the service center of the NEFU Test Ground. During the meeting, the head of the training ground, Ivan Noev, spoke about the ongoing work on testing car tires, shared plans to expand the list of services provided and attract foreign equipment manufacturers to work in Yakutia.⠀
